what is the keto diet?
A keto diet is generally known for the low carbs, high-fat, and moderate protein diet. where the body produces ketones in the liver be used as fuel for survival.
The keto diet is referred to as so many names like low carbs diet, ketogenic diet, low carbs high-fat diet.
When you eat something high in carbs your body will produce glucose and insulin.
The end goal of a maintained keto diet is to force your body into a metabolic state.
Our body is extremely adaptive to anything you put into it. when you overload it with fats and cut the supply of carbs, it will begin to burn ketones as the main source of energy.

- Protein - 25%

A SAMPLE DIET PLAN
MEAL 1 - OMELET
- 2 whole eggs
- 3-5 egg whites
- 28g peanuts
- 1 cup spinach
MEAL 2
- 20g almonds
- 1sp whey protein in 240ml water
- Add 2sp flaxseed
- 120g grilled chicken (cooked in olive oil or coconut oil)
- 1sp chia seeds
MEAL 3
- 1 cup broccoli or pan-fried broccoli
- 28g peanuts
- Salad
MEAL 4 - SMOOTHIES
- 1sp whey protein
- 4sp peanut butter
- 2sp chia seeds
MEAL 5 - BHURJI
- 250g paneer
- 1 whole egg
- 1 cup cabbage or lettuce with cucumber, tomatoes, or 200g fish
- 2 boiled eggs
- Salad
MEAL 6 - NUTS
- 30-50g cashews
