My name is Rohit and I am a part-time blogger. I started this blog in March 2020 to help people to be fit and healthy.

I have completed my school education from Palwal, Haryana.

And now, I am going to study human anatomy, supplementation, personal/fitness training, nutrition, etc.

I want to be a certified fitness expert and a pro bodybuilder and want to aware of peoples.

I want to get certified because today, in India, very few trainers are certified. they just support steroids, drugs, anabolics. am totally against it.

I have a little knowledge about fitness but I want to learn much more. I love to learn.

I also want to open my own drug free gym where I will help peoples to build natural and athletic physic. I just want to see everyone healthy and fit.

This is my dream and I will fulfill it.
