So, making a good homemade protein is a great idea to fulfill your protein requirements and help you to build lean muscle tissue.

You can change the ingredients of these recipes according to your body and your requirements.
For example: if you are lactose intolerant then you can use almond milk or soy milk instead of using dairy milk. you should use natural peanut butter in the recipe but if you can't use it or don't have you can use 1 handful of roasted peanuts.
Or if you cant use or buy a whey protein just use 5 boiled egg whites along with the shake.

1. Banana shake
The Ingredients of this recipe is
- 2 banana
- 2TBSP peanut butter
- 50g oats (powder form)
- 250 ml of milk
- 1 TBSP honey
- 10 raisins
- 1 scoop whey protein or 5 boiled egg whites
- 50g spinach
- 60g oats (powder form)
- 1 TBSP peanut butter
- 1 large banana
- 1 cup low-fat yogurt
- 1 hand full of black grapes
- Half glass water
- 1 small serving of jaggery
- half cup low-fat curd
- 1 large banana
- 200ml milk
- 1 scoop whey protein
- 50g oats (powder form)
- 1 TBSP peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon flax seeds
- little serving of cinnamon
- 10 almonds
- 50g oats (powder form)
- 1.5 scoop of whey protein
- 2 TBsp Peanut Butter
