#3. Find time to do balyalam.

STEP 6 (DINNER)
After you had your dinner then again after 20-30 minutes have four teaspoons of bhringraj with four teaspoons of water mixed in it well.
Make sure you do not eat anything for the next 1 after having bhringraj.
STEP 7 ( MASSAGE YOUR HAIR)
Oil your hair scalp with any ayurvedic oil. do not use any other oil than ayurvedic oil. ayurvedic oil is an Ayurveda blessing for hairs. it will nourish your hair.
You can use ayurvedic hair oil as your regular oil.
STEP 7 (SLEEP)
Do not ignore this if you really want to get back your black hair.
